Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you will see when you log into Canvas. The Dashboard displays information from all of your courses. Review the numbered items below.

1. Global Navigation – In the global navigation there are global links to your Account, Dashboard, Courses, Calendar, and Inbox. The global navigation remains static and is available at all times.  
2. Global Activity Stream – Toggle here to switch to the Global Activity Stream, which contains a stream of recent activity from all of your current courses. The activities are grouped by type (assignments, discussions, etc). Click on Show More for additional details.
3. Coming Up – All assignments and events that are coming up on your calendar will display here.
4. Recent Feedback - Any assignment with recent instructor feedback will display here. Click on the title of the feedback for more information. 
5. View Grades -  Click here to view your grades for all your courses.
6. Help - Click here for Canvas Guides, technical assistance, or to report a problem.
